Wife and I bought this about 6 months ago and it was working perfectly fine. Until one day the bass started going out mid-shows. Not sure what caused it but fortunately we were still within the warranty period. We sent the sound bar along with the sub-woofer to LG to get it repaired. The process was seamless and fast. The repaired product is already on its way back and I cant wait to have it again.

I have always wanted a sound bar but I went a step further and got one with a subwoofer and so glad I did. The sound is amazing and I really like that either remote work for the tv and the sound bar. It was extremely easy to connect and now I even like hearing the commercials since they sound so great. I was also happy with the cost as well.

Nothing can take the place of a real surround system with speakers in the wall and this system is just barely better than the speakers that came with the Television itself. I tried to get the rear speakers to help with the cause but LG apparently has run out of them cant get them or has other delays that make them unavailable anywhere......not even with LG itself.
