When I was looking at new stoves this one stood out. It also hit what I was looking for convection oven along with the inside being blue was a big plus about it. Unfortunately a few months ago while cooking in the oven I pulled a sheet of cookies and notice an odd blue pieces on the tray. Further inspection I found the the enamel shattered and started falling apart on the top portion of the stove. I soon after went and did a Google search and found that this is a common issue but unlike mine its mostly on the bottom. I wish I read the reviews before getting this one. I still will buy their products in the future. Their warranty service with me was great.

I PURCHASED ALMOST 2 YRS AGO FROM TODAY BUT I HAD QUIT WORKING BACK IN MARCH 2022. I DECIDED TO FIX IT MYSELF BECAUSE I WASNT PAYING 200 BUCKS FOR A SERVICE CALL. I HAD ALREADY REPLACE THE OVEN TEMPERTURE SENSOR AND I CHECKED THE ELEMENTS AND STILL DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM SO I FIGURED IT WAS THE MAIN POWER CONTROL BOARD SO AS I WAS TAKING THE BACK OFF AND GOT DOWN TO IT I NOTICED A BURNT WIRE RIGHT WHERE IT WAS CRIMPED AFTER INSPECTING IT FURTHER THERE WAS ONLY A TIP OF THE WIRE ABOUT 1/64 INTO THE CONNECTOR CRIMP SO I RESTRIPPED THE WIRE AND REUSED THE SAME CRIMP AFTER OPENING IT UP AND INSERTED AT LEAST 3/8 TO 1/2 IN OF WIRE INTO THE CONNECTOR AND CRIMPED IT AND PUT IT ALL BACK TOGETHER.. ITS BEEN WORKING BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT NEW AT LOWES. AND THE LG CALL CENTER TECH THATS IN MILAN OR THE PHILIPPINES COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND KEPT TRYING TO SET ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SERVICE TECH TO COME LOOK AT IT. THE ONLY REASON I CALL THEM WAS TO ASK IF THE MODEL LRE3194ST /01 WAS CAPATABLE WITH EBR64624906 PART NO# MAIN POWER CONTROL BOARD. BUT SHE COULDNT ANSWER THAT.

I have purchased 2 LG ranges in the past 10 years. Thats as long as they last. This one quit on me Christmas morning. My day was ruined I even purchased the extended warranty which ended 6 months ago. They have great features but what the use if it only works for 5 years. No more for me

I have had the same problem with the mother board twice within the last year and 1/2. I was told the part would be installed the Thursday before Christmas. The part never even came in although we were told it was in and they would be there on the Thursday. Got the run around when I called customer service. I will never buy a LG product again.

My son surprised me with this stove in 2020. I do not cook or bake everyday but it has already stopped working. The panel on top that shows on off oven temperature etc. stopped working. I purchased the 3 year extended warranty but that has been a nightmare. I contacted them 4 weeks ago and still dont have my stove fixed. It will be another week before they will be able to come fix it. My 2-year-old grandson and son and daughter-in-law live with us so they have really had to spend money on eating out. I am hoping it will get fixed without any issue next week and hopefully the stove will work for many more years.
