I bought this a few months ago because of its size and easy storage of blades. Best purchase. It’s light weight and compact and performs excellently. Small footprint means it could easily be stored on the countertop but since it’s so light weight I don’t have any difficulty lifting from a bottom cabinet. It’s a win win!

This great food processor has save me so much time and energy! It chops and slices vegetables with ease for salads, dishes, casseroles and healthy potato chips. I love the way it shops or slices apples and other fruits to make wonderful fruit salads and dishes. I usually use my KitcheAid stand mixer for big batches of bread and cookie dough but this is perfect for half batches and pizza dough. It has also helped me be much more creative and efficient with food preparation. I love that I can store everything right in the processor so everything I need is right there and no more hunting for what you need. The only suggestion I have for KitchenAid is to continue what you are doing - making high quality, efficient tools for the beginner or seasoned chef.
