its ok had some problems with the ice maker and when you walk the the glass door it to light light but dont light up the water filter are way to much

Not even 2 years since my fridge was delivered to me in Jan 2021. Having problems with it. LG service gave me a couple of companies I can go through and which I did. Not able to solve the problem yet. They change out the fan and still the same problem. the top fridge wont get cold and dispense ice or water bottom freezer gets cold.

I contacted you folks regarding the fact that my water filter on the refrigerator needed replacing and the one I purchased that was SUPPOSED to work does not fit. it wont turn and lock I tried a couple of these and finally called your rep. After about 2 hours of back and forth he pointed out that the filter I purchased the code ended in 6 while the one in his book said it was supposed to end in 1. These filters look identical in EVERY WAY except that the replacement will not lock into the seat. I have since had to add an exterior water filter to filter my water. You asked.

I have had this fridge for 3 years and it top quality. Plenty of space stays cold in hot summers and filters easy to change every 6months.
