Pricing policy

Errors in pricing and/or specifications may occur. Jessup's reserves the right to correct any such errors up to and including canceling any orders placed at an incorrect price. In the event that a website price does not match that which is the sale price on a Jessup's sale floor, the price on the sales floor would supersede the online price. The only situation in which the website price would take precedent would be "online only" items.

Payment

Online purchases must be paid by using MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. The exception to this would be cash on a COD basis being delivered by Jessup's personnel. In store purchases include the same credit card options plus cash, checks and money orders. Jessup's also offers financing plans. Please ask in store for the positive details. Everyday continuous stocked items may be cancelled for refund or credit up to 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery dates. This does not apply to floor models, clearance items, As-ls items, scratch and dent items, these sales are considered final. All products delivered and paid for by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are considered final.

All sales are final unless Jessup's Major Appliance Centers Inc. authorizes an exception. Jessup's is a 60+ year old company that will always attempt to be fair with any and all customers.

Returns and delivery

Jessup's Major Appliance Centers Inc. only delivers in three counties in the state of Florida by Jessup's employed delivery teams. We do not ship by common carrier unless requested. When possible, Jessup's will do an operating test of product being delivered. If there is an issue found during the product check, Jessup's will take care of the issue if customer wishes, or Jessup's will gladly exchange the unit in question if the customer wishes. Any damage must be noted at the time of delivery. For products that one choses to return within seven days from the date of delivery, Jessup's will gladly refund what you paid less a restocking charge of 15% to 30%. The delivery charge is non-refundable; Jessup's will only allow returns on undamaged product. Jessup's Major Appliance Centers does not allow returns on special orders, As-ls product, close outs or scratch and dent units as noted on the original invoice, unless Jessup's agrees to do so. Jessup's Major Appliance Centers is a very fair company. We always want to be fair.
