The TV does not work properly LG Tech support is ghastly So is COSTCO Concierge support You love selling and ignore supporting a customer. LG tech support was in a country off shore....the poor tech could not speak english well enough to understand me. He tried to help but was not skilled enough to handle the issue. He generated a trouble ticket promised a call from escalated tech support but no call ever came I even wrote an LG executive on LI got nothing

The TV tuner needs to be upgraded. We added a ZJBox to receive more channels from the leaf antenna. The remote control is not backlit and universal remotes dont work on LG. The picture has wonderful depth of color which is why we bought it. The internal speaker is mediocre.

Wow this TV is FANCY I got a great deal on it and it has such a beautiful picture and the AI sound thing is crazy it sounds so like I have speakers all over the room. Im very pleased. The remote takes some getting used to but its super nice once you get used to it.
