I bought this years ago and am trying to install to a laptop running Windows 10. Software downloaded is not running it remained at 0. I bought the drive in HK and now trying to install it in the US. Please help with recommended software for installation.

A great very compact unit and works extremely well. But it does not support M-Disks. I tried Verbatim M-Disks 25 GB and it can not write to the disk.
