For years we have had a standard KitchenAid and loved it but as we were doing more and more heavy mixing (bread making, pasta making, etc.) we decided to go to a bigger model and the Commerical model is WONDERFUL! We use it for hours at a time and are only sorry we didn't buy it years ago. Anyone that is a serious cook will really appreciate this workhorse.

My husband got this for me about 2 years ago and I LOVE IT!! I didn’t even know they made an 8qt. I just always complained that my 5qt wasn’t large anough for the amount of pastries I make. This is huge! It totally handles the small loads and the giant ones. Bread dough for 4 -6 loaves is easily kneaded, whips up egg whites in a blink! Cant be happier with my mixer!
