This thing has as much horsepower as my lawn mower. The controls are solid and easy to use. Makes great smoothies.

This blender has the Kitchen Aid name behind it and the blender easily blends my protein shakes with ice, frozen fruit, and almonds. It also handles peanut butter with no problem. The blender does NOT travel when it is turned on, either. My meal prep is so effortless! I have tried many recipes from the cook book that came with it. I made sorbet- so quick and easy to make. I can't wait to make the soups and sauces. I like the self-clean feature with 30 seconds later ( just hit the button and it times it for you), it is clean - all in ONE piece. I don't have to worry about a rubber gasket drying out either. Also, with previous blenders (other brand names), after taking apart the blade, gasket, and bottom piece to clean it, at times, it would NOT seal correctly resulting in liquids leaking all over the motor.

I have been using my new KitchenAid blender for about three weeks now and the more I use it the more impressed I am with the motor and its ability to mix and blend most anything I put into the jar. This Pro Line Blender was a great buy for me.
