We haven't used our mixer thoroughly yet, but we've enjoyed it thus far! It's pretty quiet, even when running at higher speeds. With this being our first new mixer, we weren't expecting the little bit of food-safe oil to be on the outside of some of the moving parts (in talking with family who are more experienced, it sounded like they also had similar experiences when buying a new mixer). When mixing some soft ingredients, the spinning patter of the whisk didn't quite get to the middle, so we had to manually move that part around. Afterward, everything seemed to work really well.
